Dan takes pride in the quality of service provided by Meedhurst to a range of Clients, many of the relationships maintained for over 30 years. He keeps a hands-on approach to individual projects — maintaining an overview throughout the life of the project and providing a lead and direct involvement at key stages, including acquisition, obtaining planning permission, award of contracts and conclusion of the final account.

Martin joined the company in 2005, having previously worked within the private healthcare and residential sectors. Qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor, he is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Association for Project Management (MAPM). Martin has worked on a broad range of new build, mixed-use and refurbishment projects across the commercial, healthcare and academic campus sectors, including the White City Campus development for Imperial College.

Danny brings over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 1997, he has established a reputation for providing commercially focused advice and practical solutions across a diverse range of construction projects. Throughout his career, Danny has delivered cost management consultancy across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, laboratory, energy and retail sectors, with project values ranging from sub-£1m to more than £1b. His experience enables him to understand each client’s objectives and deliver solutions that balance commercial certainty with quality, programme and long-term value.
