The development at Aston Hall comprises 76 Care Apartments, 49 Care Suites and 61 Care Beds within a 200,000ft² development.
Procured on single stage competitive tender, this £33m project included a wellness spa with 16m pool, hydrotherapy plunge pool, steam room, sauna, gym, and fitness studio. Social spaces are provided with a clubhouse café, restaurant, bar, library, salon, and landscaped gardens.
