Alton Place
About the project
Alton Place provides a purpose built 67 bed facility as part of a wider open space development. Finished in a combination of brickwork and tile hanging, the traditional design included a ‘room in the roof’ style construction with dormer windows to limit the overall height of the building.
The scheme addresses sustainability requirements with the inclusion of Air Source Heat Pumps and photo-voltaic cells and incorporates landscaped gardens to provide an appropriate setting for residents and the surrounding area.
