About the project
The project at Brook Street, opposite Claridges in London’s West End, comprises a 5,000ft² high quality fit out for a cryptocurrency finance house. The requirements for the flexible office space centred around providing a secure, premium experience, with luxury seating areas, boardrooms and a variety of spaces to host investors.
The high quality finishes included marble furniture and natural timber flooring with bespoke joinery and light fittings. The time sensitive fit out of the project was undertaken with careful attention to operational tenancies on adjacent floors, whilst managing constrained access via the main passenger lifts.
