About the project
Castle View Windsor is a Retirement Village of 5 storeys comprising 64 care apartments, and single level basement car park, constructed concurrently with the adjacent 72 bed care home. Significant enabling activities were required to clear the site for development, including the diversion of a substantial trunk sewer.
The building is constructed from an in situ reinforced concrete frame with render external wall finish and flat roofs. Extensive communal facilities include commercial kitchen, restaurant, private dining, rooftop bar and library, with landscaped gardens and parking areas.
