About the project
Eden Court, Battersea comprises a comprehensive redevelopment of an existing two/three storey care home to provide 78 care beds and extensive communal facilities. The works include a two storey vertical extension, significant internal remodelling and full refurbishment to the existing building.
The extensive structural works include underpinning of the existing structure to cater for the additional floors, the removal of a stair core and sections of the existing roof, and installation of new lifts to create an impressive facility to meet modern standards and the Client’s high expectations.
The new glazed garden room provides views over the new landscaped gardens and ‘living wall’.
