About the project
Kemp-Porter Buildings provides accommodation to 709 undergraduate students in ensuite and twin rooms within a 30 storey tower. The facilities include common rooms, break-out space and quiet rooms, together with landscaped courtyard, secure roof terrace and generous external landscaping. The Design and Build Contract was awarded following single stage competitive tender.
