Moor Hill

Moor Hill comprises a contemporary care home providing 70 care beds over 3 storeys. Incorporating both Air Source Heat Pumps and photo-voltaic cells to achieve the required sustainability objectives, the scheme also includes sustainable urban drainage features with the incorporation of permeable surfaces and swales.

Flat roofs are utilised to provide roof terrace areas, and complement facilities including bar, cinema and hair salon.

Section 278 works provide new road access to the completed development.
