Oakley Grange

Oakley Grange care home is a new build care home in Warwick, surrounded by a new housing development, school and commercial premises. The 2-storey care home consists of 66 care beds and 5 care suites, therapy treatment room, hair salon and cinema together with a commercial kitchen and laundry facility, constructed to a high standard.

The building is constructed with traditional loadbearing brick and blockwork and concrete plank floors, with localised steelwork to support key design features, and also retaining walls along the boundary and car parking areas. The roof comprises a combination of tiled and flat roof areas accommodating photo voltaic cells to meet the Client’s sustainability requirements.

The works required engagement with adjacent land owners to address boundary issues with neighbouring properties, and also address complex planning conditions relating to environmental considerations.

External works include extensive landscaping for the residents and car parking works.
