About the project
The Translation and Innovation Hub (I-Hub) forms part of a £105m Design and Build Contract in tandem with the Molecular Sciences Research Hub (MSRH). The I-Hub provides 250,000ft² of flexible modular laboratory workspaces and offices, together with incubator and accelerator workspace.
The building comprises 12 storeys, together with basement level access to a shared underground servicing area adjacent to the elevated A40 and railway line.
