Watermeadow Grange

Watermeadow Grange is a purpose built Care Home providing 86 beds, catering for both Frail Elderly and Dementia residents. Constructed from a steel frame, with a mix of modern finishes including standing seam metal roof, the building extends to 4,360m² over 3 floors.

The completed building provides residents with access to communal facilities including café/bar, hair and beauty salon, private dining and cinema. Externally, outdoor accessible space is provided via secure landscaped gardens and upper terrace areas.
